Design & Build Services
We have extensive experience with designing, installing, constructing, commissioning, operating and maintaining high voltage electrical infrastructures for private networks. From simple cable installations, transformer and switchgear replacement through to complex design and build projects.
C&P Engineering Services provide the total turnkey solution for HV Services. We also have extensive industry experience with designing, constructing, operating and maintaining electrical infrastructures for commercial private networks, wind farms, solar energy, bio energy, hydro energy, battery storage and STOR generating technology at 11kV, 33kV and up to 132kV.
Safety, Training & Competency
Training is an essential part in maintaining, expanding and updating our employees’ skillsets. All of our HV electrical employees are trained to DNO training standards. We operate a safe system of work and HV Safety rules that are equal and aligned with the DNO’s safety management systems. All of our employees are qualified in their respective areas of expertise.
We are accredited to ISO 9001, FPAL Oil and Gas Achilles Verified, UVDB verified, Institute of Measurement of Control, NICEIC approved, NICEIC hazardous area approved and SafeContractor. We have over 43 years HV electrical experience and our employees and management team have spent many years working for DNO’s (Distribution Network Operators), from which they have gained valuable and specialist expertise for working on private and DNO distribution networks.
Operation & Maintenance
C&P manage many operational and maintenance contracts that have unique requirements which can be due to factors such as operational constraints and security of supply. From substation supply and installation, through to managing the integrity of the high voltage system and life cycle, C&P have extensive experience in providing cost effective solutions that ensure greater reliability of the electrical supply whilst delivering economies to site.
Through developing robust maintenance strategies we are able to assist your organisation in planning against any unplanned power supply interruptions that may result in downtime and production loss.
Operating and maintaining high voltage systems requires experienced operatives with specialist skills. C&P’s HV Services operate and maintain our customer’s private HV Electrical networks (HV switchgear, transformers & substations) up to and including 33kV equipment. We also have the capability to design and build high voltage 132kV substations and associated networks.
