Over Current Relay Testing
Over current relay testing is carried out to ensure the relay meets the protection requirements of the protected network. Tests are carried out on the various elements and the setting parameters used in the relay, with application of secondary volts and currents to simulate a series of realistic system fault conditions. We also carry out directional over current testing, this type of test only responds to over current from a single direction.
